Our team is looking for a part-time and/or full-time counselor to join our practice. Requirements include a master’s degree as well as state licensure from Montana or Wyoming.
We will assist you with insurance credentialing under our group practice. Once fully credentialed, we will help provide you with clients and continue to help build your client base. We will also provide the scheduling software as well as the telehealth platform and take care of all billing and reimbursements.
You will be responsible for maintaining your schedule and providing excellent counseling services to clients. You are also responsible for maintaining thorough and timely client notes.
The more your client base grows the more we will pay you. We want you to be successful while we continue to provide excellent mental health care for our community. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience.
Required education:
Graduation from a CACREP-accredited graduate program
Master's degree
Required license or certification:
LCPC, LMHC or LPC; or LMFT; or LCSW
Other Requirements:
*Willing to work part-time to start and increase hours to full-time status as caseload increases.
*Malpractice insurance in good standing.
*Demonstrate strong writing skills.
*Ability to diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans.
*Ability to manage time, schedule clients and follow through on all appointments and timely client notes and treatment plans.
*Willingness to provide telehealth services and/or in person services.
*Willingness to maintain active licensure and maintain all licensure specific continuing education credits.
