Lindsey Hazen, MS, LPC

Master of Science, Licensed Professional Counselor-Wyoming

Hey there! My name is Lindsey Hazen. I am a compassionate therapist with over 12 years of dedicated practice in the field of mental health. I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming. In addition to my degree, I continually seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and a genuine passion for my work. I strive to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based approaches, ensuring that my clients receive the highest standard of care.

Throughout my career I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have successfully helped individuals navigate through issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief, and life transitions.

As a counselor I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can openly express their thoughts and feelings. I employ a person-centered approach, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. By utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I work to empower clients to develop healthier coping strategies and gain valuable insights into their emotions and behaviors. With a warm demeanor and empathetic nature, I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I understand the courage it takes to seek help and I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment where my clients can heal, grow, and transform their lives.
