My name is Jordan Lande. I partner as a clinician with Kessler's Counseling specializing in trauma and addiction. I also run a practice called Brighter Days Counseling.
For the past eight years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people rebuild their lives from the inside out. As a therapist specializing in trauma and addictions, I believe in the power of healing, resilience, and the human capacity for change. My work often centers on individuals navigating the complex challenges of personality disorders — guiding them toward clarity, strength, and self-compassion.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and fueled by genuine connection, I approach therapy with equal parts skill and heart. Beyond the office, you’ll find me outdoors — where nature reminds me daily of growth, balance, and renewal.
